Based at Belfast International Airport (EGAA, BFS) and operating 24/7, we provide rapid-response, bed-to-bed patient transfer solutions for insurers, assistance companies, government organisations and private clients worldwide.

Our model is built around NHS-trained, critical care teams, ensuring patients receive consistent, high-quality clinical care throughout every stage of the journey. We undertake a full spectrum of missions, from medical repatriation and inter-hospital intensive care transfers to time-critical deployments, including organ retrieval and high-acuity escorts on commercial aircraft.

Each mission is carefully coordinated and delivered with continuous advanced monitoring and life support where required.

Our fleet is tailored to mission requirements, combining dedicated air ambulance jets and turboprop aircraft, including the Learjet 45XR and Pilatus PC-12, alongside rapid-response platforms such as the Diamond DA62 for organ transport. This flexible approach enables us to deliver both operational efficiency and optimal clinical outcomes across short-, medium- and long-range missions.
