About Aeromedevac Air Ambulance
Aeromedevac is based in San Diego California and has been in business for 20+ years.
Our air ambulance aircraft are the Lear 35 jet and the King Air 100 turbo-prop. Aeromedevac holds an FAA Part 135 certificate. Both aircraft are equipped for critical and intensive care of medical and trauma patients. The Lear 35 and King Air 100 offer optimum range and speed for missions of 200+ to 2000+ miles.
Aeromedevac has full time flight medical staff. Our usual flight team is a Registered Nurse and Flight Paramedic.
Physician and Respiratory Therapist are assigned to flights under Aeromedevac medical protocols and by customer request.
The Aeromedevac Communications Center is 24/7 with bilingual English – Spanish staff. We have annual authority from the Mexico government for air ambulance operations to and from Mexico.
