About Alidauni S.r.l.

Alidaunia is a certified aviation company, founded in Foggia (South Italy) on the 1st March 1976, where it started its activity as fixed wing operator of aerial work. Since 1985, with Ministry of Transportation assent and with the sponsorship of Apulian regional government, Alidaunia guarantees the daily connection between Foggia and the Tremiti Islands, a service of remarkable social utility. Moreover, such line service to the Tremiti Islands is integrated by Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), available 24/7, in favour of the population of the Islands.

Alidaunia operates helicopter for HEMS “Helicopter Emergency Medical Services” and air ambulance flights contracted by several Public Administrations in different regions of Italy. Part of Alidaunia’s fleet is dedicated to HEMS contracts. The helicopters are suitably equipped and staffed by trained personnel.

Alidaunia services with own helicopters and aeroplanes deliver medical help very swiftly where it is needed, then provide fast transport to the nearest hospital saving hundreds of lives every year. Alidaunia provides its services by means of anaesthetists and resuscitation specialists, critical area nurses specialized in urgent or emergency situation management and it provides healthcare air transportation by means of helicopter and aeroplane pilots as well as other healthcare professionals.

Alidaunia provides also offshore service (oil & gas) and other helicopter flights also in the most disadvantaged areas to meet emergency and urgent treatment needs. Alidaunia guarantees high quality and safety standards (ISBAO “International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations” – stage 2) by providing patients with continuing care throughout activities and providing rapid and innovative service with greatest care for Patients and all Stakeholders.
