About Gama Aviation

Gama Aviation, headquartered in Farborough, England is a provider of global aviation services, including business aviation, special missions and aviation technology. We have been a provider of air ambulance services to the Scottish Ambulance Service for more than 30 years. Our dedicated fixed-wing air ambulance Medical Team is based at Bournemouth Airport, on the English South Coast. Our team of doctors, nurses and paramedics provide the Channel Islands Aeromedical Retrieval and Repatriation Service, hosted on our fleet of Beechcraft King Air 200’s.

In addition, Gama Aviation is able to provide ad-hoc medical transportation services in the United Kingdom and Europe onboard our fleet of air and ground ambulances. We have full intensive care capabilities on the ground and in the air, with experienced medical and nursing staff who also work within the UK National Health Service. Our medical services are built on the foundations of quaity, safety, effectiveness and good governance. Gama Aviation’s Medical Director, Dr Simon Forrington is a frontline NHS Consultant in Intensive Care and the lead for standards at EURAMI.
