Jetcall, a subsidiary  of the med call Group, serves the international assistance and travel insurance market with patient transport services for more than 20 years, offering a full range of innovative and high quality transport solutions incl. intensive care, pediatrics and neonatology. Flexible planning and precise organisation adapted to client needs are the cornerstones of our success.

A 24/7 operation office located close to Frankfurt in Germany provides accurate quotes, reliable schedules, full flight planning and, if desired, organisation of ground transportation and hospital admissions.

Currently, we are operating two Learjet 31A aircraft for short distance, two Learjet 45 for mid- and long-distance and one Challenger 604 for Special Mission, Medevac and long-distance flights as dedicated air ambulances.

One of Jetcall key policies is the continuous modernization of aircraft, equipment and procedures. We are constantly investing in new technologies to guarantee the highest quality care and safety on board of our aircraft. State of the art patient monitoring systems, ultrasound devices, blood gas analyzers and satellite phones are standard on all of our aircraft.

All Jetcall personnel have extensive experience in clinical intensive care and emergency medicine. Multi-lingual staff with years of training in international inter-hospital transfer provide the most professional, comfortable and secure transport environment for even the most severely ill and injured patients. Every Jetcall physician and nurse is licensed by German Government Authorities and the German Medical Association.
