About Medic’Air International

Since 1991 Medic’Air physicians have been working hard continuously to improve the quality of our medical services and to push the limits of our medical evacuations.
Medic’Air is a twin medical OPS working together 24/7 in Paris and Shanghai under direct supervision of our medical doctors.

For each new file the supervising doctor checks the patients clinical status and the level of care he requires. He decides the best method of evacuation in accordance with insurance and employer requests. To perform each mission a selected highly trained team of flying doctors and nurses is ready day and night on the spot, prepared to take off with the best medical equipment at their disposal to evacuate the most complex cases in safety.
Neonatal patients and those with hemorrhagic fevers, ARDS, cardiologic shock, polytrauma etc. are repatriated without delay using specific procedures, exclusive equipment (e.g. ATI for contagious cases) and medications (e.g. french lyophilised plasma, artesunate IV etc.).
Patients with all kinds of pathology are repatriated in a minimum of time and regardless of distance by french Medic’Air medical teams based in Paris, Abu Dhabi, Tokyo and Shanghai.

Our teams principally escort patients using commercial airlines offering cultural sensibility and high comfort.

Medic’Air is in partnership with the University Descartes-Paris to provide courses in Flying Doctor expertise every year.
