SmuuthCare A/S, in partnership with GMAC, holds Eurami accreditation and is committed to delivering the highest standards in air ambulance services. Our operations are supported by two dedicated Hawker 800XP aircraft, each fitted with three stretchers and fully equipped to maintain optimal medical conditions throughout the flight. Onboard systems include advanced life-support equipment and modern monitoring technology, ensuring seamless coordination between aviation and medical care.

The medical side of our service is managed by GMAC, our long-standing and trusted medical partner. The GMAC team brings nearly 20 years of experience in international air ambulance repatriation and is composed of doctors who are all experienced anaesthesiologists, with extensive knowledge in intensive care across all major subspecialties, including paediatric, cardiac, and neuro-intensive care.

Each patient is pre-assessed before transport, ideally by the doctor who will accompany them during the flight. This ensures a personalized and expert-led experience, with the assigned medical team fully informed about the patient’s condition and specific care needs.

Our medical crew is fully capable of transporting high-dependency ICU patients. In cases requiring ECMO or neonatal high-intensity care, a specialist team with the relevant expertise is added to the crew.

All medical operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and adhere to both European and Danish medical standards. Patient records and personal data are handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
